On the ground floor, at street level, the front door opens into the living space: lounge, kitchenette, a small dining area for two and a cloakroom.
In the basement, accessed via stairs from the living room, there is one spacious bedroom fitted with a very comfortable superking (but separable) bed, an open plan dressing area with space to hang your clothes, a generous shower room, storage facilities.
